Context
PcComponentes is a well-known Spanish technology e-commerce company currently expanding internationally. I joined pccomponentes.com in 2019 and I moved through several teams and projects during my period in the company. I contributed to the design system foundation for a complete e-commerce redesign, drove successful several payment initiatives, and streamlined logistics and warehouse operations through complex user flows.
